Submission of listings/links and articles to ukpropertydirectory.com is simple, and will hopefully provide visitors and interest to your website. We ask that you follow the guidelines below.


1) Submitted sites and articles must be relevant to ukpropertydirectory.com.

2) All sites and articles (including paid listing/article submissions) must be approved by ukpropertydirectory.com, who may decline to accept any site without reason at their discretion.

3) If a paid listing or article submission is declined entry to ukpropertydirectory.com, the payment will be refunded by Paypal, which the submitter must accept within 7 days.

4) If your listing submission requires a reciprocal link back to ukpropertydirectory.com, this must be placed on your website's home/index page or on a page (e.g links page) directly accessible from the home/index page. The reciprocal link must be on the same domain as the site submitted.

5) Ukpropertydirectory.com reserve the right to withdraw any listing or article from the directory at any time without warning, including those listings/articles where a fee has been paid.

6) Ukpropertydirectory.com reserves the right to edit any listing or article submitted at any time.

7) Ukpropertydirectory.com reserves the right to move any listing or article into a different or newly created category or sub-category at any time.

8) Paid listings (including featured listings) last for 12 months. You may subscribe when placing your listing in oreder to keep the listing live indefinitely. This subscription may be cancelled by either party at any time via Paypal.

9) Reciprocal listings last indefinitely as long as the link to ukpropertydirectory.com remains live in a suitable postion on your site.
